Best Tip for 8-Pack Abs

Hey guys,

In this video, I share one of the biggest tips you can use for developing your two lower abs to turn your 6 pack into an 8 pack!

It’s simpler than you might think!

I got into a conversation with a friend of mine today about how some athletes have 6 pack abs, and others have 8 pack abs. He was saying it’s genetics and that some people are stuck being born with 4 or 6 packs.  I disagreed.  Maybe in rare genetic cases, but the average person has 8 segments of their rectus abdominus.  And not understanding how to properly train all 8 of them might lead to giving up trying to achieve an 8 pack: because they think a 6 pack is genetic fate.

Look, if you train the right way, you can see through many myths out there.

Look at every anatomy diagram, there are 8 muscle segments in the abdomen. the belly button is usually the dividing line.  There are 6 abs above the belly button, and 2 below.  The lower ones extend down into the pelvic area.  And as far as normal genetics go, there isn’t one human, man or woman, that doesn’t have 8.  One can happen is some people may have very small abs on the lower area, or top area.  Because they are so small, they won’t show up as much.  If this is your situation, my advice is to stretch and elongate your abs using the “cobra” yoga position.  Look it up.  It will help.

So how do you get all 8 to show up?  First, you need to increase the size of your abdominal muscles using exercise, nutrition and rest.

Make sure to use the tip I share in the video above while you try this ab routine if you are a man, and this ab routine if you are a woman.  These routines build ab muscle like crazy.  The next thing you need to do is watch what you eat.  Stay away from sugars, refined flours, vegetable oils, and artificial ingredients.  All these clog up your system and confuse the bodies ability to maintain a proper metabolism.  Remember: you can do all the ab exercises in the world, but if you keep eating fast unhealthy processed foods, you will be trying to paddle upstream,  fighting a losing battle.

To you people that already have your upper 6 abs visible, you need to either lose the fat covering the lower two, or you need to train in such a way to volumize the lower 2 to pop out more.

I hope you enjoy it, but please let Katya and I know if you have any questions!

To your vitality!
