The Ultimate Fat Loss Tip

In this post, I’m going to share the most powerful tips I’ve ever used to lose my body fat.  And I’m going to start with the most effective tip of them all.  What if there was a way to get your body to consume all the stored fat your have.  What if there was a way to do this without actively doing anything?  Imagine your skin shrink-wrapping and tightening around each of your muscles.  All I’m saying is, this tip works!

This is what I looked like after doing it for only a month and a half.

It’s easier than you think!!  It’s ONE simple strategy that requires the smallest amount of willpower!


“Go to bed feeling “slightly” hungry!”

That’s it!

Don’t eat 3 (or 4 if you can) hours before sleep. During the night, while you sleep, is when your metabolism utilizes stored fat as energy. Yes, you still use energy while you sleep. Now, if you eat before you sleep, your body will be busy processing the food you ate while you sleep. If you go to bed mostly empty, your body will instead begin metabolizing stored fat while you sleep, and you’ll notice the results (within days).

You will also notice feeling far more rested after you wake up.  This is because you’re giving your digestive organs a chance to rest and recover from a full day of processing food every 2 to 4 hours. Like your skeletal muscles, your internal organs need a break too.  

Experts say that your vitality and wellness begins with the health of your digestive system.

Ask yourself, what happens when you don’t get enough rest? You become fatigued, your skin sags, discolorations appear, even hallucinations, immune weaknesses; the list goes on, right? Well, what if your intestines never we’re able to rest? The same thing. If they are constantly digesting food without ever getting a chance to rest and replenish, they will begin to fatigue and lose their vitality.

These organs are delicate and without proper rest, won’t operate as well as they were designed to.  Over the years this really takes a toll on your health.  You must give them a chance to rest and rejuvenate like the rest of your body gets to when you sleep. So by not eating before you sleep, you will boost the health of your digestive system and your entire body as a result.

Try this tip out and I promise, in a few weeks, your fat will shrink and your health will increase to the point where you won’t need coffee in the morning.  Remember what that’s like?  To wake up with plenty of energy instead of depending on the coffee?  If you can’t remember, then you should try this tip out even more.

If you MUST eat something, make sure it’s a fibrous vegetable (and mostly water based), like leafy vegetables or brocolli.

Here are 3 other tips for quick fat loss.

1. Increase your dietary discipline by avoiding all:

Refined sugars.
Foods with refined flours and yeast.
Foods with any artificial chemicals, additives, preservatives.
Soybean, canola, cottonseed and safflower oils.

2. Raise your body temperature to the point of “sweat dripping” once a day.  The best way to do this is from exercising for 30 mins to an hour.  Your increased body temperature will trigger a fat melting process called thermogenesis.  Using a sauna also works to raise your body temp, but not as good as actually using your muscle, nerve and cardiovascular systems to build up body heat.  To learn more about using sauna’s: click here.
