Intense Muscle Toning Home Workout For Shoulders, Waist and Thighs

This is a “real time” workout, so feel free to use this video at home (or anywhere you like to exercuse) and follow along as Paul Monje guides Katya through the whole routine. It’s an intense one so get some water ready. It will target your shoulders/deltoids, your waist/obliques, and your thighs/hips/glutes.

These are the 4 exercises you’ll be doing:

1. Uncommon Lunge / Double Press
2. Oblique V-up
3. Raise-to-Reach Squat
4. Staggered Overhead Reach

These will be repeated over 3 rounds and will take you 30 minutes to complete.

Remember, when you do home workouts like this, make sure to warm up ahead of time by running in place, jumping jacks, burpees, etc. Be aware of your form and breathe as you go through the workout. And always remember, if you’re looking to lose fat, combine this home workout with eating clean, drinking a lot of water, and avoiding sugary foods.
