I recently made a decision to transition from bodybuilding into calisthenics, mobility training, free-motion, and body-weight training. Body-weight training has given me a sense of progression again in my fitness evolution. I can’t say I’ve ever felt better than after I made this switch.

Bodybuilding shows will always be a passion of mine, but I’m choosing to not limit myself to one modality of fitness. When I prep this year for shows to come I plan to use calisthenic training to achieve the same physique goals.

I’ve always had a love for symmetry in the body but having a balance and always working towards becoming the healthiest I can be in every aspect of my life (such as full range mobility) is something I strive to progress towards and I hope to inspire you to do the same.
