This is one of Matt’s chest and back routines. This whole workout takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
Matt splits it up into two main power exercises, then follows up with two super sets. At the end, he says his entire range of the chest and the full muscle complexes in the back are completely fatigued.
He does this twice a week for a period of 2 months, then switches it up to beat the plateau.
