Shoulders and Arms Fitness Routine

Hey all,

Here is one of Matt’s shoulder and arms routine. The whole routine takes about 45 minutes to an hour to complete.

After doing about 30 minutes of cardio, Matt splits these muscle categories into four triple super sets (This means one set is doing three exercises back to back before resting). At the end, all three heads of the deltoid (anterior, lateral, and posterior), the trapezius, outer and inner triceps, and upper and lower biceps will be completely fatigued.

He do this twice a week for a period of 2 months before switching up the exercises to avoid plateauing!
